Each job is different, I bid out my work as the project or scope requires throwing in specific items that relate to the job at hand as extras or at no charge based on what is being requested. Any time and material work will be noted as such and displayed with the rate we will charge for the specific task or request on our estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Respond to the inquiry, interact with the customer to obtain an idea of what is needed and wanted, differentiate the two and provide an estimate on what is needed with recommendations for additional but not immediate items.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10+ years experience in the work I specialize in but overall have been in the industry for 15+ years.
