I hired Dulles Logistics to move our one bedroom apartment, which featured an unusual amount of furniture and boxes. My move went well and the Dulles Logistics team of 2 took a lot of care into our things. Our current unit and the uniot we were moving to were difficult to navigate (3rd Floor Walkup moving to a unit with an unusable loading dock)They were a bit late in the morning showing up, and had some minor concerns about the speed of the workers (which I mostly chalk up to conditions), but ultimately I would be more than happy to more them again, due to their professionalism and care. Considering that I had so much stuff to move, I think i would have preferred to hire 3 movers, but I will know that for next time.
Islam, the sales rep of Baku Moving was very helpful. He was responsive, attentive and very informative. He explained the entire process, gave us a very precise estimate and scheduled the move in no time. The team of 3 men arrived on time, packed and loaded everything and made the delivery before the allotted time. Nothing was damaged or broken or missing during our move and the final price was within the estimated cost. I believe, there was nothing left to ask for.

Charlie and his team were awesome. I needed movers last minute for moving my 1bedroom apartment into another and he was able to move me the very next day. They were extremely friendly which I loved, and they had a great system to get everything done quickly. They really worked well together which made my moving process so smooth and quick. After getting many quotes from larger companies that I did not feel comfortable with, I found Great Nation Movers on Thumbtack and felt as if I was getting a personal and professional estimate. The manager was extremely helpful in explaining to me exactly what would happen on the day of the move. He was very understanding as to our situation. We were moving out of state and we needed a fast delivery from one state to another 800 miles away. When calling larger corporate companies, they did not understand and were trying to make it a longer time spread than job needed be. After talking to the manager here, he understood what we were needing to be done, took a full inventory of what needed to be moved from both houses and gave me a very fair price for the job. On the day of the move, guys showed up very early (as per my request) and worked efficiently to pack up all of our belonging into the moving truck. We were pack, loaded, travelled across 5 states and unpacked the following afternoon! This was greatly appreciated by myself and my family! Highly Recommend.
I was moving out of state (VA to FL) and I had a few quotes done and Smart Moving came at the best price and the only ones who would accommodate the exact schedule I needed. They don't bubble wrap your fragile items so we did that but understandable b/c it was an affordable rate! Just make sure to wrap everything you don't have dinged :) Would recco!

Bede and his guy were great, he answered my messages immediately whenever I contacted him, and the day of the moving they arrived at my place early. They did the whole move (1 bedroom apartment) very quick and diligently. I totally recommend their services and would use them again in the future if necessary.
I contracted with Mr. Welch for moving about 70 boxes to a small trailer. He helped me define the job more accurately and was responsive and fair with a really good price for the service. Though my plans changed for this opportunity, he was gracious and I will most certainly use this company again.
We hired SkyRide to move our one bedroom apartment and I was concerned because this was not an easy move. We were moving to a 4th floor apartment with no elevator and very narrow star cases.... It was also the hottest day of the year! Felt like 109 outside!! These guys made it look easy. I was amazed at how hard the two guys worked in such intense heat. We were in our new place in 2.5 hours!! This included moving all big furniture, boxes and the dismantling/reassembly of a queen bed and dining room table. I would highly recommend Fred and his team. They were nothing short of OUTSTANDING!
These guys were fantastic, and such troopers considering it was hot and sunny on my moving day. They were efficient, patient and very easy to work with. I rarely write feedback or recommendations, but I could not have been more pleased with the service provided by this team.
This company deserves overall a Zero! I hired them to help me move my 1 bedroom apartment from MD to DC. I should have cancelled it from the very beginning when they wanted to charge me extra money for using my credit card vs cash!!?? Moving day: The time for arrival was set for 4 pm. The owner kept on postponing the arrival time with various stories why they were being late. I told them we needed to be at my building by 8pm as that was the end of the moving in time window and the building loading dock was closing at that time. I send several texts and tried calling multiple times to the company. They arrived close to 7 pm. WE arrived at my building late. I had to waste my time looking for a security guard who was kind enough to cooperate with us and let us use another loading dock which was a real hike to my entrance ( another extra hour wasted) . My plants were broken and I feared other items did too. And I was right. I demanded discount for the service and to be also reimbursed for the broken items. we negotiated discount and as I was tired and frustrated i agreed to 15% off. As for the reimbursement, I was told to send them all the photos of broken items and estimated cost. I did. Even after a number of emails and phone calls and almost 2 and a half months after the service, I have not been reimbursed yet. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

You kept those guys on track and that was not unnoticed. Greg I can't thank you enough for being there from beginning to end. You did exactly what you promised you would do....you got me moved no matter how long or difficult. You are a man of your word and that's important to me. I will refer Relocation Solutions to all my family and friends when in need of a moving company. I hired OSSL Moving for a move from DC to Boston a couple of months ago. It was the best moving experience I've ever had. At every step of the process, Jacob was very responsive, helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I asked if he would consider picking up in DC on one day, and delivering to Boston the following day. The other moving companies I spoke to could not offer this arrangement or would charge a significant fee. Jacob accepted without hesitation and did not charge me extra. The crew on move-out day were very kind and careful with my items. The crew who assisted on move-in day were also very nice and careful. Jacob even hired a few local movers who are familiar with the uniqueness of Boston apartments (narrow staircases, no elevators, etc), and did not charge extra for the additional labor. But what impressed me most about Jacob was his willingness to help when I ran into a major issue with some of my furniture fitting up the stairs. It was a Sunday afternoon in the middle of a snowy January and I had no idea what to do. Jacob suggested I look into the option of a storage unit. After several phone calls, and with Jacob patiently waiting, I was able to find a unit on the other side of town. Worried about how I would transport the furniture to the storage unit, Jacob graciously offered to move my stuff without additional charge (though I insisted on paying him extra for this service). When we got to the storage unit, I was convinced the furniture wouldn't fit in the unit that I had rented. By some miracle, Jacob and his team managed to find a way to make it all fit. I will always be grateful to Jacob and his team for making this move as seamless as possible. I would recommend Jacob to anyone, without reservation, and with great enthusiasm. I look forward to hiring him again in the future.

We hired Nation Capital Moving for a local move with a very short turnaround time - we contacted them on a Thursday for a move the following Monday, as that was the earliest we could move into our new house and we needed to be out of our old house by the following Wednesday. Justin contacted me and set up a free in-home estimate within 24 hours of my request. Peter, the Operations Manager, visited my home, took stock of what needed to move and gave me an estimate. I was looking at multiple providers as options, and Peter negotiated with me for what we both considered to be a fair price. In addition to packing and moving our house, we needed to move items that were in a storage unit. Our estimate factored in services for both locations, and Peter provided a binding, not to exceed price. On moving day, Monday, Peter showed up half hour early with 3 other men - Vlad, Santos and Roberto. When they arrived, all paperwork for closing on the new house had been completed but we were still waiting on the keys. We decided to proceed with getting items onto the truck and Peter and his team got to work. They worked efficiently, with two men staying at the house to pack, while the others went to the storage unit to load the truck. Ultimately, a minor administrative hiccup prevented us from getting the keys on Monday and Peter was extremely flexible in storing our items at their truck overnight and returning the following day to complete the move. Obviously, this was not factored into our original estimate, but Peter honored the original labor estimate, charging us only an additional fee for storage and travel time for the second day of service. They returned on Tuesday afternoon with our items and helped us successfully complete our move - unloading boxes into the appropriate rooms, reassembling furniture at the new house and ensuring that we were satisfied with their service before they left. I accidentally gave Peter $100 extra in cash when I was paying the final fee, and he brought the error to my attention and returned the overage. I am so pleased with the service we received from Nation Capital Moving and would hire them again! They are diligent, hardworking, and honest and communication throughout the entire move was great! Thank you so much for making what was already a stressful situation that much easier.
I utilized pick up movers last month on January 2nd. I was delivered by January 15th. Everthing went smooth like a well oiled machine. I never had a professional move, I usually move myself with the help of my husband and 2 boys until I moved out of state. My husband isn't very easily satisfied and he couldn't be happier with the effortless portion on our part. I appreciate the pricing and the service the movers were very courteous. Thank You!

I had one very heavy armoire I wanted moved from downstairs to upstairs. My three Bellhops showed up on time and they were very friendly and courteous. My armoire is big, heavy, and awkward and they had to navigate a curve with railings and a low ceiling area as they carried it upstairs. They were as careful as they could be with it. They were great and I will definitely recommend Bellhops Moving to my family and friends! Thank you.
I had a fantastic moving experience with Ernest Moving! I spoke with them last minute (two days before the move) and they were very accommodating. They were ten minutes early, worked VERY quickly and carefully, they were friendly and incredibly efficient. They carefully wrapped my fragile furniture with moving blankets and shrink wrap and wrapped any furniture with doors/drawers with shrink wrap. The truck, three movers and the blankets/wrapping was all included in the flat rate quote. Many hourly services will draw the process out to rack up their bill. I like that this was flat rate and speedy. Best moving experience I've ever had (and we all know moving is not fun). 100% would recommend to family and friends and would hire again myself.
