I’ve been working out at PEAK for almost a year and I’m always so impressed with the quality of workouts, trainers, and overall knowledge of the staff. I’ve noticed that all the trainers do a great job of building a personal relationship with each client as I often hear them ask clients about an injury or about their fitness/nutrition goals. Each of the trainers consistently push me to be better while also respecting my boundaries. I never expected to gain such a sense of accountability and community from this gym but I’m glad to be part of it! I’ve participated in both semi private training and Women’s Training Team classes and I love both!

Kevin, Deme, and Sham are all wonderful people first and foremost. They care about fitness, health, and wellness from both a personal and professional standpoint. They understand that not everyone’s journey is the same, and they put care and attention to detail into each and every program. In a world where copy and paste, cookie cutter, mass produced programs seem to seep into all aspects of our life, the trainers at PEAK PT keep your workouts fresh, challenging, and engaging. Coach Kev - you have changed my life forever, and for the better. You taught me how to ride the ups and downs of weight loss, and how to stay on track even when I felt off the rails. You have tremendously improved my muscular strength, balance, and endurance. Each program is new, fresh, customized, and challenging. You check in early and often, are very attentive to my needs, and are always willing to go the extra mile for myself and your other clients. I could not have asked for a better experience with you and PEAK PT. Much love, and thank you as always.
