- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Eleganza Staging and Design, we aim to make the staging process seamless and enjoyable for our clients. Here's what you can expect when working with us: Initial phone consultation We begin with a detailed consultation to assess your property, discuss your goals, and understand your target market. During this conversation a photos and videos are very helpful, we’ll identify key areas to highlight and recommend a staging strategy that fits your timeline and budget. Customized Proposal Based on the consultation, we’ll provide a proposal outlining the scope of work, staging options, and costs. Staging Plan Development Once the proposal is approved, a formal agreement will be emailed for signature. A down payment is required to start the logistics process. we’ll create a staging plan that includes furniture, décor, and accessories tailored to your property’s style and potential buyers’ preferences. Execution and Installation On staging day, our team will bring in the selected inventory, arrange everything to perfection, and transform your space into a show-stopping property that stands out in the market. Follow-Up and Support We remain available to answer any questions and provide ongoing support until the property is sold. For long-term staging projects, we offer inventory management services as needed. De-Staging Once your property is sold or contract expires, we’ll coordinate a smooth de-staging process, ensuring the home is ready for the next steps. A contract extension is available. Our process is designed to minimize stress and maximize results, leaving your property market-ready and unforgettable to potential buyers.
