"Jose called as planned to confirm our appointment the day before and the morning of. He was punctual. They took about 3 hours to clean all the air ducts and the dryer vent. They showed us before and after pictures as they proceeded, and the total quantity removed when they were done. They left the place clean. Jose also found that we had a light to disinfect that was not functioning. He was helpful in explaining what needed to be done, and advised to replace the dryer vent, as our home inspector had last fall. I had forgotten."

"Fred thank you very much for being a VERY responsive, prompt, and honest inspector. I wish more inspectors realized how valuable and important it is to work around client schedules. My fiance and I are first time home buyers and Fred impressed us from the moment he wrote us via e-mail, he expressed interest, provided his contact info, led us to his profile for background knowledge, was open to schedule options without setting time or distance restrictions. He is a very knowledgeable individual with 35+ years of experience and not only that it was apparent with the conversations and details he shared on the inspection.
