I had a great experience with G & Co Movers when moving from our one-bedroom apartment to our new house. From the beginning, communication was clear and consistent. I had to push back our original time, and they were incredibly flexible and understanding. Gilbert and Eric arrived just a few minutes late due to cherry blossom traffic (classic DC), but they kept me updated the whole time, which I really appreciated. Once they arrived, they got straight to work—efficient, respectful, and careful with all of our items. We were still packing a few things, and they worked around us without a problem. They made the most of our time, and even with traffic, the full move took about 4.5 hours. Their pricing was very reasonable, and on top of being total pros, they were just really nice guys—which made the day that much better. I’d absolutely hire them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a smooth, no-stress move!

I contacted this company last minute as in two days before my moving date and they delivered! They responded very quickly and sent two very nice gentleman who helped me move my furniture and belongings with ease. I live in a townhouse and three flights of stairs back and forth isn’t easy but these gentleman never complained and went about everything with ease, precision, and professionalism. They were careful when moving my belongings two and from my new property and nothing was damaged and everything I had left with made its way to the property safe and sound. They were very nice and patient and listened to everything I had to ask and disassembled my furniture with care and was able to assemble it again with ease luckily. I didn’t need anything packed that I already hadn’t so it was just a lot of back and forth onto the truck and securing fragile furniture, but everything got done in a timely matter and it worked out well and that’s all I cared about. It was a pleasure doing business with this company and I’m so grateful for the communication/responsiveness, and the quality workers they hire. I would recommend and will be doing business again.
