Nickey C. says, "For my friends birthday I decided to book car services at the last minute. I messaged several other businesses but did not receive a timely response. When Mr. Stephen's profile appeared, I decided to give him a try. I am 100% glad I did. Mr. Stephen's messaged me back within a timely manner to let me know he was available for the job. Soon after I told him I was interested, he called to get more details about the services I was in need of. Mr. Stephen's even helped me plan out the time frame so I could stay within the estimated price that he provided me with. I never booked car services before, so I was a little nervous about punctuality because we had strict reservations at the place we were dining. Mr. Stephen was scheduled to arrive at my home at 5:30 pm. However, he arrived 8 minutes early. Upon me coming outside, Mr. Stephen was already out of the car and with the car door open. A few of my friends were still en route to my home. Mr. Stephen had no problem with that and waited patiently for them to arrive. Upon their arrival, Mr. Stephen exited the car and opened the car doors for them just the same. The car was clean, and Mr. Stephen drove with care. He got us to our location a half hour early and was prompt with picking us up as soon as I told him we were ready. Mr. Stephen got us home safely, and I noticed we were a bit over our 4 hour limit, but Mr. Stephen told me no worries. I am truly grateful that I chose Mr. Stephen.
