- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nothing is set in stone, but we work out a price that works for everyone. We have some package deals as well we can discuss more. Most big gyms charge about $20-$40 per hour session or it’s free. The trainers make about Most specialty gyms charge about $70-$100 per hour session. We try and stay in between everyone to offer everyone a chance at building a healthier and stronger body.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Free consultation is first. We go over your history, interests, goals, availability, and more. Takes about 15 minutes. After that, we schedule a session to determine where we start with achieving your fitness goals. We’ll also take measurements and body weight unless not preferred. After this is smooth sailing. Just kidding. It’s a lot of hard work and consistency day in and day out. I will do my part and encourage and motivate you to stay on track. I’ll try to make workouts fun and creative so that you can live a healthier and more fit, injury reduced, happy life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a personal trainer certification. I’ve also recovered many many injuries and at 32 still jump on the trampoline with my kids. I’m a lifelong student of fitness and the human body.
