Excellent experience with Nero. Very responsive, timely and efficient.
When I inquired as to the underlying cause of the issue, he fully explained the issue to me, showed me how I could self-diagnose the issue (in the event it should arise again), and advised as to a solution that made the most practical and economic sense (instead of simply telling me to replace the whole system).
Would certainly use Nero again.

Highly value the assistance this pro offered today in isolating and preventing a major issue by quickly intercepting the potential leak of our furnace pipe. They arrived on time, communicated clearly and went above and beyond to ensure safety and guided next steps and even went out of their way to hand off work to the plumber by explaining the issue. Very ethical and great communication! Highly recommend!

I had a minor issue with my system but Ray from the Nero Team was able to immediately address and remediate it. He also provided me with info on how to best maintain my system in the future. I felt assured with the service, was not charged something outrageous and will use Nero again. Thanks to everyone!
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are based on knowing the prices of the large companies and exactly how to save my customers time and money. I usually charge $59 for a diagnostic fee that is then credited towards the repair should you choose to go ahead with it. Since repairs vary in difficulty, time and solution it is hard to give a standard price for repair.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I start with a diagnostic fee and let all customers know I will diagnose and quote repair before completing repair should they choose to proceed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
