“I was in a time crunch to replace two failing beams and rotted joists in an attic space. Mr. Alvarado responded quickly, assessed the extent of the project, and gave me a breakdown of the procedure, which is exactly what I needed to know. Fredy and his crew are the absolute best. I had so much work down to my house before I moved and it was headache after headache. Fredy was a pleasure to work with. He gave me his professional opinion on what needed to be done to prevent water from coming into my garage. Alvarado Contracting demoed my existing asphalt driveway, re-graded and poured a new concrete driveway in just three days. After 3 major storms I have had zero water in my garage. I will definite use Alavardo Contracting again for all my concrete projects.

Fredy and his crew did an excellent job. They are so professional, cooperative, and respectful. They extended my patio and extended the fencing to shield the trash cans. They replaced bricks and repointed where needed and lastly they repaired portions of my stucco wall and painted it. They also re-insulated my hvac cables running to the outside and repaired the ceiling and painted. Awesome!
