Hello! My name is Jacob, and I'm here to help. I have a knack for technology, and my goal is to assist people who don't understand it as well as others. I offer in-person and virtual services. I have a love hate relationship with technology sometimes and a history of getting ripped off.I hired Jacob to remove a virus off of my computer. He was patient and had great customer service. His prices are also reasonable. I plan on hiring him again in the next couple of weeks to set up my Alexa devices.Not only does everything work as I imagined it, but I now have more confidence in my technical abilities!
