The experience kicks off with an introduction from the chef to the guest. A friend works with the chef to build a signature drink for the night built around your favorite flavors. The chef explains each course as they come out, but never in a stuffy way; more like a friend who happens to have Michelin-level skills. The pacing is perfect. Nothing rushed, nothing dragging. You get to savor every part of it.
Throughout the night, you’re not lifting a finger. Dishes vanish like magic. New plates appear, beautifully arranged, each one a little surprise.
Then the finale hits: a custom dessert, something crafted just for your birthday. Lights softened. A moment that feels personal, not just “Happy Birthday” but “this whole night was built around you.”
And when you finally step back into the kitchen, it’s spotless, like no one ever cooked a thing.

Most importantly, this was not planned weeks in advance, he did this for me in less than 24 hours. That's amazing.
