Introduction: A Washington D.C. based fitness trainer, Bakardi Bonaparte of BSuperFit, is an NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified personal trainer, fitness nutrition specialist, and a licensed zumba instructor. With a degree in human performance and years of training under her belt, Bakardi had helped many accomplish their fitness goals.
