I recently hired I. Boyd Home Improvements to apply a silicone coating on my flat roof, and I’m pleased with how everything turned out. Isaac, the owner, was great to work with—very responsive and patient with all my questions throughout the project. The crew arrived on time, ready to work, and finished the job in just one day. They used a quality silicone product with a built-in primer, and the final coating looks clean and solid. Everything was properly sealed, and the work comes with a manufacturer-backed warranty, which is a nice bonus. I’ll keep an eye on the roof after a few rains, but so far, it appears to be a solid job.
