I highly recommend Mr. Boyd. From the moment he came to assess the DC flat roof he was calm, reassuring and exceptionally professional. He assessed the damage quickly and educated me through the process. His pricing was fair and transparent and the communication throughout the process was a breath of fresh air, especially since he came to the rescue from another roofing company giving the a Solar Company a green light to install panels which was a disaster but thanks to Mr. Boyd coming to the rescue while all of that was going on speaks volume on his integrity. Mr. Boyd is the absolute best!

Isaac Boyd, John Boyd, and their crews are hard working, honest professionals and I’m very glad they helped with my leaking and very old roof. I recently hired I. Boyd Home Improvements to apply a silicone coating on my flat roof, and I’m pleased with how everything turned out. Isaac, the owner, was great to work with—very responsive and patient with all my questions throughout the project.
The crew arrived on time, ready to work, and finished the job in just one day. They used a quality silicone product with a built-in primer, and the final coating looks clean and solid. Everything was properly sealed, and the work comes with a manufacturer-backed warranty, which is a nice bonus.
I’ll keep an eye on the roof after a few rains, but so far, it appears to be a solid job.

We start by scheduling a free inspection to provide an estimate of the project. Once the estimate is accepted we then schedule the work to be performed.

We have spent years perfecting our craft. We have all the required education needed for licensing. We also keep up with the last safety precautions and manufacturers installation techniques.
