- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I do not. Each one of my jobs depends on several things. Tree work estimate depends on accessibility, height, closes building, ground conditions, whether we are pruning or removing; whether we are grinding stump and roots and the size of stump Landscaping estimate depends on the request of the client; full landscape design or just freshening up the mulch and installation of plants and shrubs Pressure washing - depends on height and size of the area needing pressure washing We provide competitive rates and generally beat our competitors bids.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Meet customer at the property they are requesting work. Discuss wants, needs and options. Provide an estimate for work requested. Tree work and landscape designs have several elements in providing an accurate estimate. Accessibility, height and location of tree, stump, and roots all effect the estimate along with whether we are hauling chips, big wood or chipping into woods on the property. We are very personable and can answer all questions. Typical estimate 15-30 mins depending on the request.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I personally have been completing landscaping, lawn maintenance and tree work since I was a young teen. I had several great teachers along the way.
