3rd Life Maintenance

Hi, My name is Terry. I currently work as a maintenance technician for a somewhat upscale apartment complex. I have my formal training and certifications in HVAC/R. I have always had a knack for fixing/building things and through the experience that I have gained as a maintenance tech, I have been able to learn a plethora of new skills and polish the ones I already have. I take great pride in my work because I love what I do. One of the best feelings is being able to provide a service for someone and seeing the gratitude on their faces after a job well done!
