I am so thankful for Chef Kev! He was fabulous. He was very responsive. He took care of everything for us, decorations, serving ware, set up and clean up. I was able to relax and enjoy the surprise party for my mother. I had no worries. He created a great menu for 40 people. BBQ salmon bites, honey ginger broiled black tiger shrimp, red pepper jumbo lump crab salad on puff pastry cups, are just a few of the items he prepared along with great selection of beer and wine. Everything was delicious. Kevin was warm and friendly. He was very response and worked with me... when the guest of honor was hospitalized and we weren't sure if the party would take place. I could not of been more pleased Kevin was very cooperative and compassionate and communicated well during this difficult time. The quest of honor made it and it was a success! I highly recommend Chef Kev!
He catered my 40th birthday party , the food was great and the presentation was first class! Daniel is very maticulous and has such a passion for cooking . I would highly recommend him for any catering event , big or small.
I attended two cooking classes ( light Mexican and healthy grains) taught by Chris & Emily at the William Tally Rec Center. I highly recommend these classes. They were very informational and Chris &Emily are full of cooking knowledge which they share. We made several recipes and sampled our finished dishes. After the Mexican class, I promptly purchased a tortilla press. It is so easy to make your own corn tortillas. I would have never tried it on my own. Lori
What a great afternoon spent with Chef Jackie. Our group was from a 55+ neighborhood and the cooking class we chose was her Vietnamese menu. We hope to continue some more great classes with Chef Jackie.
The cooking lesson was for my teen daughter. Mary was very accommodating. She was well prepared and very professional. She taught my daughter with patience and she made it fun for her. She taught her terminology and safety, as well as helped her to create a wonderful meal. My daughter will continue taking culinary classes with Mary and I would not hesitate to recommend her to family and friends.
Scott and his team created a unique fun event for my Software Engineering team. We broke up into several groups and made some simple, fun desserts. Everyone had a great time and we even learned a thing or two.
Chef Matt is absolutely amazing! I have been using his personal chef services and I can honestly say that he has been a blessing in our life. I first learned about Chef Matt on an online community of moms in Old Town, Alexandria. Because I had a small baby and no time to cook, I decided to order our Thanksgiving meal from him. I was so happy I did – the food was absolutely fantastic and everyone at the dinner table raved about it. In fact, it was the best Thanksgiving meal that I have ever had. Since then I have been ordering from him on a regular basis. Chef Matt’s food is fresh, healthy and out-of-this-world delicious. His recipes are very diverse and incorporate a lot of international influences, which I love. Everyone in my home is so excited when we get the food from Chef Matt. I wish I knew about him long time ago, especially after we had our baby and struggled with finding the time to cook. I know that he teaches cooking classes and I hope that one day I will have the opportunity to learn how to cook amazing food directly from Chef Matt. I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for personal chef services!
I hired Nourrie Cuisine for my mothers birthday party and it was wonderful. They worked with me to find the right balance of items and the appropriate portion sizes for the event. The spread was perfect both in size and flavor for this crowd, who sincerely appreciated everything: The entire family adored a variety of finger sandwiches. The tartlets and potato skins were huge hits too. Moreover, Nourrie Cuisines prepared meals are especially ideal. To have fresh, delicious, locally made meals prepared in advance greatly improves my week. (The comfort of a homemade meal without workor dishes!) Not only can I look forward to these tasty dinners, they are easy to reheat with specific oven and microwave instructions (plus their containers are both oven- AND microwave-safe.) I have yet to encounter a meal I dont lovethe Rosemary Braised Seitan might be my favorite so far. The Stroganoff is a close second. I look forward to many more.

Chef Terry did a cooking demo at my birthday party and was a huge hit! He was as entertaining as he was skillful and knowledgeable. Everyone had a great time! He taught us how to make inventive (and tasty!) appetizers, desserts, and even a few specialty cocktails! I can't wait to use him again!

When we first met to discuss what we wanted in a wedding cake you thought our selection of pumpkin spice with a French Buttercream filling off the wall and so did my Mom. However, instead of trying to talk us out of it, as she did, you accepted the challenge and delivered a fantastic cake. It was extremely moist and the pumpkin spice flavor was not over powering. Everyone raved about the cake and the ruins writing on each layer. Your cake had a place of honor in the alcove off the main hall on our wedding day. It fit in perfectly with the medieval location we selected for our wedding ceremony and reception. I highly recommend your pastries and cakes, without reservation, to anyone planning a wedding, party or other special event. There is nothing like custom pastries and cakes prepared by a chef willing to push the envelope of flavor and design. Wishing you the very best for continued success in your profession.
Victoria was awesome!! Super friendly, professional and fun to cook with! We were able to get alot of cooking done and she was able to teach me diff techniques all while cooking some delicious meals for the week. Will def take more classes with her! Looking forward to learning more techniques , more delicious recipies and most importantly ways to make the most out of my groceries and not throwing them out because i ruined it.
