I can't brag enough about Chef Lou!!! From the very beginning when I submitted my request on Thumbtack, Chef Lou was responsive and attentive to my requests. He was punctual in providing a quote and making sure that the menu included everything that I asked for. He even threw in a beautiful appetizer on the house! I hired him for a personal chef birthday dinner for me and my husband, and we were both blown away! He was on time, friendly, and engaging as he talked us through how he prepared each menu item. When I tell you the food was DELICIOUS...I mean it! As hesitant as I was going into this experience as it being my first time hiring a personal chef, Chef Lou made the process seamless! If I could give him 10 stars, I would! If you're looking for a personal chef, there's no need to shop around; hire Chef Lou! I promise you won't be disappointed...and that's coming from a very picky woman who is not easily impressed! Thanks again, Chef Lou, for making my husband's 44th birthday celebration one for the books!

Chef Lou was just amazing. We booked him for a surprise dinner my son was given his girlfriend and Chef Lou made their evening one for the books. Would definitely recommend Chef Lou.

Chef Lou was terrific! The meal he created for a 16 person 50th birthday celebration was delicious and exceeded expectations. The well thought out menu was a superb combination of italian dishes that I would highly recommend with generous portions. Chef Lou is a professional and very easy to work with including responsiveness, great communication and fun. I would highly recommend.

We had a cooking session with Lou and not only was the food delicious but the session was a lot of fun as well. He communicated well, he was very personable and professional. He showed a lot of passion into his cooking and was well prepared. He answered questions very clearly and most importantly, he communicated and maintained the importance of health and safety during the session. Prior to the session, he was very easy to communicate with and was transparent. I will definitely recommend Chef Lou and if it was possible to give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you Chef Lou for such a great experience!!!
