FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing can range from 45.00 to 65.00 per hour. I give discounts to fire and rescue , law enforcement , military active duty and retired military veterans. I also reduce pricing if buying sessions in bulk. For example: if purchasing more than one month of training at a time , a percentage is reduced from the total price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin my process with a complimentary consultation and first workout. The consultation is both a current health evaluation and health history discussion . Body fat , overall inches and weight is measured. I also like to discuss your medical history as it is pertinent to the safety and efficiency of our future workouts. Your first workout consists of flexibility cardiovascular and resistance training evaluations.
