10/10 recommend. I'm very pleased with the quality of customer service and product that I received from HCR. I can't say enough good things about this company and the rep that helped us. Tawny was very knowledgeable and patient with me. She answered all of my questions and helped me better understand the window installation/wrapping processes. She worked with us to help get a price that we could live with and I couldn't be more thankful because I love my new X5 windows! They were just installed a couple of months ago and so far have helped our heating/cooling costs tremendously! The installation was quick and easy, the crew was respectful, and now I don't have to worry about throwing my money out of drafty windows. We will definitely be using this company again for future renovation projects, and will be requesting Tawny.

The original installation work was farmed out to contractors. I was told it would take 1 week, it took a month and a half for the work to be completed because there were days I saw no one. The original installers of the siding did such a bad job that I had to call 2 times about siding that just fell off the house, along with one of the corners above the front door had a corner cover, the other didn't. (I was told by the original installer, "oh well") There was also vents that just randomly fell off. When I had someone repairing my deck (not this company) he discovered a gap in a corner exposing where the siding wasn't flush that would eventually be soaked and damaged from rain and I would have a huge problem. Also a gap between the siding and a window. The roofers I used (not this company) damaged 22 panels of the siding and had to be reordered. This happened in March 2020. When the company finally sent someone out, I was told, we'll be back tomorrow to fix the repairs. The house was sold in August. December 30, 2021 I received a call asking if the repairs were ever done. That was the first call I have received since they left my house to say they would be back the next day. I paid $42, 000 for siding that looked horrible when I sold the house. I would never use this company again.
