I hired Jerome Young from Central Focus Video and Photography to video my 60th birthday party in December of 2013. I hardly know where to start because I have so many good things to say about Jerome. As a professional photographer I have been around many videographers throughout the years and I know that there is a WIDE gap in terms of quality for those that call themselves professional. Many are anything but. This is not the case when it comes to Jerome, he is indeed, a professional from start to finish, not only in terms of what he creates but also in the man that he is. I hired vendors (videographers, photographers, DJ's etc) for previous milestone birthdays I have had and this was the first time I was COMPLETELY satisfied with all my vendors. Again, having been in photography for as many decades as I have, I know what is possible and very few provide it...Jerome does. I had a LOT of questions for Jerome prior to hiring him and he gave me all the time I needed to ask my questions and then gave thorough answers that left me confidant about hiring him. The day of my party he was right on time, early actually, which was perfect and he started shooting as soon as he arrived...and get this...I don't think he ever stopped until he left. I offered him a meal which he graciously declined, saying he could eat anytime, he was there to work. WOW! When I say that Jerome is a man of integrity, I do not say that lightly...he IS a man of integrity. He puts his heart and soul into his work. His equipment is top notch and he has the eye to see, so his videos and customer service leave no stone unturned. Here's the mark of a really good photographer or videographer. When I used to shoot a lot of weddings the bride nearly always nervously said "Did you take any pictures at the reception? I never really saw you." Not being seen, but getting all the shots is the mark of a real professional. On the way home from my party, I said to my husband "I know I saw Jerome with the camera on his shoulder but I never really "saw" him...I hope he got most everything". Ye of little faith... When I watched my finished video for the first time I was in awe. Actually it nearly made me tearful because everything I wanted was therein really high quality. He had indeed been everywhere and captured everything and I hadn't even noticed. The clarity of his video and the quality of his audio is remarkable, and keep in mind I have higher expectations than most because I've "seen it all" as they say, through the years. I could go on and on, but I doubt you'd want to read the "book" that would result. Suffice to say, if you are in need of a videographer, PLEASE do yourself a favor and look no further than Jerome of Central Focus Video and Photography. You will NOT be disappointed. From his price, to the quality of his equipment AND the ability to use it to create stunning videos, he is by far the best I have ever encountered. The frosting on the cake is his personality and his integrity...Jerome you were a HUGE blessing to me as I celebrated this milestone in my life..."Thank You" does not seem enough to say for all you did, but from my heart...THANK YOU! As my former students would, on occasion, say to me...YOU ROCK! I wish for continued success to you in all your endeavors Jerome.

Jerome Young of Central Focus Video and Photography performed some on location shooting that was require for a project at Texas A & M University. All of our correspondence was conducted via email. With that in mind, Jerome acted as director and shooter for the footage we required. The final footage was perfect for our needs and was delivered via FTP in a timely manner. I was thoroughly impressed with Jerome's performance and professional demeanor throughout the job. I will definitely hire him again as we will be needing his services in the future.
