Ike arrived and inspected my AC vents and ducts and told me they were clean and did not need to spend my money on them. Instead he pointed out an issue w my dryer vent that was not venting properly - he recommended addressing that instead and spent time explaining the whole dryer duct venting process to me. He ended up replacing the outdoor vent and repaired the internal ducts leading out to minimize kinks and improper angles. Appreciated his honesty for not charging me for work I didn’t need, and being a straight shooter

I really can’t speak to the value or the quality of work. My renter said that he had a big vacuum cleaner and he just put it up into one of the vents in the basement. I believe I was supposed to get some sort of deodorant in the package, that did not happen. Also, this is a rental property, so I wanted a receipt and any other comments made by the technician and I got neither, in fact I’ve been ghosted. I cannot get a receipt and I need that because this is a business expense. I’ve asked two times for a receipt. So the company is just OK. In my opinion I think there’s probably better ones out there so move on to the next.

Excellent service from start to finish! The technicians were highly skilled, polite, and extremely thorough with the cleaning process.
