It was a great experience they were hired to clean a gas dryer and duct/vents. The 2 men that came was knowledgeable and professional. They came in did a walk through discuss what was need and how they was going to do it. I will hire them again for my next cleaning.

They did an awesome job. Highly recommended. It was the first time I’d cleaned my ducts and vents in 18 months of homeownership. I’m definitely going to bring them back on an annual basis.

My dryer vent hadn’t been cleaned in about 20 years. Not kidding. I moved in last summer and just assumed that my dryer was on its last legs. Nope, it was the aforementioned two decades of buildup! Leo took time to explain how to fix the problem - which involved taking my dryer ducts down and cleaning them out - and then immediately started to work. I sure couldn’t have done it on my own, and what looked to be a darn near impossible project, Leo made look easy. He’s a credit to Thumbtack!
