Although Leo came in time and did a good job in cleaning,i am rating him 2 for the following reasons. 1) He did charge 275 dollars for each system(i had 2) and also every 10 minutes approached me for extra money for each work he is doing. They charge 99 dollars for vacuuming each HVAC and was charging 49 to replace a tube for the Dryer which I later purchased from Lowes for $9. Very Overpriced. 2) Does not have basic cleanliness, he and his 1 staff walked ALL around the house with their dirty shoes. When I asked them if they have slip on, he was smiling as if that's a weird thing he has ever heard. 3) This is the worst part. I could have forgiven the first 2 points but not this one. After they left the next day we did not have hot water. The kids went to school taking shower in cold water. When i called and asked Leo, he said he did nothing. Then later I got a handyman to switch on the Pilot of gas water heater that got off by Leo while vacuuming the HVAC(the water heater unit is next to it). I spent $150 to get it fixed and the next day my kids were sick and definitely not worth it.

I really appreciated the fact that I received a follow-up phone call asking if everything was fine with the work that was performed. I was also instructed to contact him if any problems were discovered once my dryer was delivered and hooked up.
