The team was prompt in responding to my inquiry and setting up a time to visit within my schedule. I received a pre-appointment call once the appointment was set which I appreciated and the team member was prompt and very professional. The pricing was not really discussed prior to the visit and I paid $500 for the cleaning of two window A/C units and for the spraying of a chemical to eliminate any mold. The chemical was fairly strong and the team member did not tell me that I might need to open windows or wear a mask (I opened windows after the treatment myself). Overall, the service was quick and efficient.
