First I was glad and grateful that Mr Nazaryan was able to come out within about five hours of when I posted my inquiry. Based upon experiences with some plumbers I expected a high quote, but it wasn’t. It was also great that he did the work on the spot, rather than one visit for an estimate and a second to perform the work. He listened well to the constraints which I described (wanted to avoid changes which would require a switch plate replacement), and his work made me feel that this was much better than continuing to struggle with my own DIY efforts. Then he installed a recessed light and didn’t try to charge me extra for cutting drywall, which was necessary because he only had a larger light in his truck. We love our new kitchen light and can now see what we are chopping!
