Reza was a true professional; with a comfortable demeanor. He respond timely pre-appointment; and on the day of visit answered questions in a meaningful way for me ( a handy klutz). He assembled and completed work timely; I was happy with the finished job; he had time to fix a lamp cord ( for a nominal fee); and even acquiesced in helping take the boxes to the recycling room.
