Reza did a fantastic job with furniture assembly. He was very responsive and was able to accommodate my request same day I placed the request. He showed up on time, went above and beyond with building a bed frame and converting a full size bed into a crib. Some of the pieces I ordered did not fit but thankfully Reza had spares in his car that worked perfectly. I will definitely reach out to Reza again in the future!

I hired a contractor to assemble, on my deck, a Hanso 10' x 13' aluminum pergola with a motorized louver roof and manual sunshades. To make a very long story short, after the pergola was assembled and the sunshades installed, the sunshades were very difficult to lower and none would retract. After many failed adjustments to correct the problem and working with the manufacturer, it was determined the sunshades were not the correct size for my model pergola. The manufacturer sent replacement sunshades. The contractor removed an original 10' sunshade and installed a new one. Unfortunately, the new sunshade was also hard to lower and would not retract. The contractor gave up and walked off the job. So, I started looking for a different contractor. Four companies did site visits to see the pergola. Every company except Star board LLC expressed concerns about trying to fix a pergola assembled by another company. I hired Star board LLC for three primary reasons: (1) their experience assembling aluminum pergolas with sunshades; (2) their assurance the pergola could be made to work correctly without having to disassemble and reassemble the pergola; and (3) their price was very reasonable. The first thing Star board LLC did was see if the pergola was plumb, level, and square. It was level, two of the four posts were plumb, it was not square. Without dissembling the pergola, Reza and his crew carefully moved and adjusted the position of each pergola post until the measurements taken between the 10' side posts and 13' side posts at the top, middle, and bottom were the same, plus or minus 1 millimeter from the manufactures specification; and the diagonal measurements taken between posts at the top, middle, and bottom were the same, plus or minus 1 millimeter. These measurements verified the pergola was square. Next, they verified that all posts were still plum and bolted the pergola to the deck. The new sunshades have been installed and are working fine. Reza and his crew are very friendly and go about their business in a very thoughtful and professional manner. If you need a high-end aluminum pergola assembled on a deck or patio, I highly recommend Star board LLC.
