- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
believe in fair, honest, and transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Every project is different, so I provide estimates based on the scope of work, complexity, and time required. I offer competitive rates while maintaining high-quality workmanship. Discounts may be available for multiple projects completed during the same visit. My goal is to deliver excellent value, professional service, and results that last.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I listen carefully to the customer’s needs and answer any questions they have. I review the project details, provide an honest estimate, and explain the work before getting started. Once everything is approved, I arrive on time with the right tools and materials, complete the project carefully and efficiently, clean the work area, and make sure the customer is completely satisfied before considering the job finished. Communication and customer satisfaction are my top priorities.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from years of hands-on work in home improvement and construction. I continually improve my skills by learning the latest installation methods, manufacturer guidelines, and industry best practices. I have extensive experience with furniture assembly, TV mounting, gazebo installation, bathroom remodeling, flooring, drywall repair, painting, lighting installation, and general handyman services. I believe practical experience, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality are the most valuable qualifications.
