- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing varies based on what the customer is looking for, once they select their menu I can better gauge the appropriate price. I also offer specially crafted decor for your special event, so if interested that can be included as well as an all inclusive package.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process includes understanding what the customer is looking for, then I send over my specially curated menus and after they decide on their choices I send over a detailed invoice for them to review.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve gotten direct expertise from some of the best chefs in the fine dining industry through the restaurants I’ve worked in. Taking their direction and adding my own spin and originality is how I got started.
