I first met Sergio a few years ago when I started out in a crossfit. He was one of my first coaches. He always focused on proper technique/form first. Sergio made sure you were going to get a good workout but be safe doing it. Now, after years of him coaching through crossfit, he has gone out on his own as a personal trainer. I give him a 100% recommendation. Since I left crossfit to work out with him as my trainer, I've seen tremendous gains. Sergio is the man and I can see working with him for years to come.Dec 12, 2019
Sergio, awesome coach. Takes time to do one on one coaching and helping you improve your technique and posture. I have knee problems and Sergio adjust the workouts as needed to be less aching on the knees but still challenging. Thank you coach Sergio!Dec 6, 2019
Sergio has always provided great coaching and motivation in addition to fun but challenging workouts! He creates an environment that pushes you to challenge yourself but also encourages and motivates! His workouts are tailored to you specific goals, needs or if you have injuries and need to modify. He is able to adjust group classes to meet the needs/goals of each individual. Definitely recommend as a trainer especially if you are new to personal training/group classes and are looking to start in a positive environment.Dec 6, 2019

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Prices are dependent on how many times a client meets with me per week. Online training is also an option.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?A new client and I always meet in person first to complete a complimentary first training session. From there we’ll go over goals, scheduling, pricing, etc. to see if I’m a good fit for that potential new client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?B.S. in Exercise Science, Salisbury University.
