- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer single-session training for flexibility, but the best value comes with my 10- or 20-session packages, which include discounted rates. I also provide monthly 1-on-1 online coaching options for clients who prefer a fully remote experience. To respect everyone’s time, I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a 50% session fee. This ensures I can maintain a fair and consistent schedule for all clients
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a 20-minute consultation call where I learn about your goals, training history, and lifestyle. After that, the first session will serve as a physical assessment. This allows me to evaluate movement patterns, strengths, and areas that need improvement. From there, I design a personalized program that fits your goals and schedule.

I am a certified personal trainer with over 6 years of hands-on experience. I specialize in Functional fitness, functional bodybuilding, strength training, and fat loss. I continually study new training methods to provide the best results for my clients.
