Ken tailored a fitness program to fit my specific needs. I have a couple major physical issues & he knew which exercises would target & strengthen. I've been working with Ken for about a month now and am already seeing results with my flexibility and overall conditioning. I have issues with one of my knees and Ken has been really great at finding exercises that work for me. I feel like he really puts in an effort to tailor my program to fit my individual needs and challenge me rather than a one size fit all approach. I find the workouts are fun and just fly by. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?My prices are based on how frequently you want to meet and together we decide that frequency. My prices are monthly prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?When I work with a new customer, the first thing I want to do is just sit and talk to them. I want to find out why they are interested in hiring a personal trainer. I want to find out what their fitness goals are. After we chat, we will do an assessment just to see where they are fitness-wise. This gives us a starting point, and will help us see where we are on our goals as we check them every 6 weeks or so.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I am also an ACE certified Health coach and certified Precision Nutrition nutrition coach.
