Introduction: I know fitness and nutrition are hard. It's hard to consistently have the right mindset to make time to exercise and eat right. I know because I have been there. When you work with me, I will show you just how capable you are. I will help you prove to yourself that you are able to stick to your goals. That you can create and maintain the good habits you want for the results you want. I do this by guiding you from the ground up. In fitness we start with stability, compound exercises and conditioning, making any exercise work for your fitness level. The same thing with nutrition. We start with the basics. I help guide you to make sure you are eating the right whole, non-processed foods to not just give you energy and fuel your body, but help you get the weight and muscle the correct way. As you find success with the first steps, we build on them. If you struggle, we figure out why and correct it. I am a fitness coach. I use all types of modalities to help you get the results you are looking for. I am a nutrition coach. I work with you to help you eat the best way you can to stay healthy. I have been working with Ken for several months. I can't say enough about what a fantastic trainer he is. He really takes the time to get to know you and what your goals are. He is extremely well organized with a plan every session that helps me improve and become stronger. He pushes but he is always and positive and complimentary. I would highly recommend you use him as your personal trainer.

Ken tailored a fitness program to fit my specific needs. I have a couple major physical issues & he knew which exercises would target & strengthen. I always feel better, more mobile & enjoy the racing endorphins following a session! He's not a drill sergeant. Ken is a cheerleader. He keeps you motivated not only during a workout but also with follow up emails on nutrition & words of encouragement. Ken Sandler is a gem!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My prices are based on how frequently you want to meet and together we decide that frequency. My prices are monthly prices.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    When I work with a new customer, the first thing I want to do is just sit and talk to them. I want to find out why they are interested in hiring a personal trainer. I want to find out what their fitness goals are. After we chat, we will do an assessment just to see where they are fitness-wise. This gives us a starting point, and will help us see where we are on our goals as we check them every 6 weeks or so.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I am also an ACE certified Health coach and certified Precision Nutrition nutrition coach.
