I would highly recommend DNB Construction to anyone. I was on a business trip and wanted to have the issue with our roof solved ASAP. On Friday, I phoned DNB Construction and after listening to my problem, Bryce immediately suggested the best viable solution. The work started on Saturday. The quality service of this company is the best in Rockville. I’ve already recommended them to my friends.

Dedicated, honest, professional - from the start! The work started on Wednesday and finished on Sunday, and the crew cleaned up their workspace at the end of every working day. The guys from DNB Construction simply knew what they were doing. My wife could be no happier with our new roof.

They were as quick as a flash in scheduling a visit to my house. Bryce was awesome when he came on site, and he seemed truly knowledgeable about roofs.
We had a problem with our tiles since such tiles are no longer on the market, but Bryce figured out what to do and suggested new tiles that matched with our roof.
We ended up having a much better roof than our old one. Thanks, guys!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We operate on an efficiency model. In an effort to offer the best possible roof at the best price, we tailor your project to the current market without additional costs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a thorough photo/video inspection done with the homeowner(s). After determining the condition of your roof, we will walk you through what products and processes we take to ensure the best possible outcome.
Once a plan is in place, a pre-install inspection is ordered to double-check the materials needed to complete the project, as well as foresee anything required to conduct our crew as efficiently and professionally as humanly able.
After installation, we clean the job site and schedule a quality assurance review of the project with the homeowner to make sure we are delivering 5-star service.

We are GAF Master Elite Certified, HAAG certified, NRCA certified, 4-Star CertainTeed Certified.
