Great experience having System Pools come out. I just bought a house with a pool and had no idea what I was doing. Not only did they help me open the pool up, they cleaned, vacuumed, and ran me through all the pool systems. I asked lots of questions about how to maintain the pool and they answered all of them very thoroughly. They even ran me through running the pump and backwashing the filter. At the end, they gave me recommendations on things I should get fixed/changed on the pool. All in all, a very good experience and for a great value!

System Pools was not the first pool company that I engaged with to not only provide service, but also be informative. The quotes I received from other services were quite shocking. The company prior to System Pools, gave me a quote based on my written description of the problem. Essentially, the testing alone would cost me almost $1500.00. I was afraid to even ask what the actual work would cost. System Pools, responded differently. They said they could not give me an honest quote, without a site visit. I asked how much the site visit would cost me. The gentleman, said he just needed my address and he would drop by to review the pool's condition. I asked if I needed to remove the pool cover and the reply was no. They would remove the cover and replace it without charge. WHAT? Did I hear that correctly? System Pools arrived the next day, reviewed the situation and within ten minutes explained the issue with me and informed me exactly what to purchase and what I could do myself to rectify the issue. In short, my expenses for parts will be minimal. I would have gladly paid for the advice alone.
