I highly recommend Cesar Alegre. My wife is a Spanish speaker, and my family only speaks English. Cesar was able to help us arrange a ceremony for our wedding where everyone understood and could follow it. We got a lot of compliments. Cesar was very responsive whenever we had questions, and he arrived on time to the ceremony. After the ceremony, he made sure we understood the process of getting our certified copy of our marriage certificate. If you need a Spanish/English bilingual ceremony, Cesar Alegre is a great choice.
