I have been working with Anthony for a couple weeks now and have really enjoyed it. He is great for all levels. Every class I get a mix of circuits, cardio, kickboxing, wrestling, etc. Each class is exciting because it's never the same. I feel great after I leave and am always looking forward to the next class. Great find and very professional!
The staff at FSR fitness studio are very encouraging, motivational,conscientious and professional. What I like most about them is they believe in Total Fitness- Mind, Body and Soul. More specifically, I have been working with my personal trainer now for about 3 weeks and he has helped me to create a healthy meal plan, designed effective exercises that I can do at work and tailored a workout plan just for me as I work toward reaching my personal goals. I'm pleased to say that since I have been working with my PT, I'm more energetic and motivated, overall healthy and happy with my new Wellness journey?.

I took a few months of Insanity from coach Conti as part of an overall fitness journey of weight loss and improved health. This was the hardest class Ive ever taken in terms of physical demand but Coach Conti is a great encourager and always explained the exercises very well and went around the roon making sure everyone was using proper form and I learned a great deal from him. As an encourager, he's one of the best. His class took me to my limit, then pushed me two steps beyond my limit, which was what I needed to add another dimension to my weight loss journey.

Julien is a very understanding trainer, I felt very comfortable while I was working out with him. He explained explicitly what the various types of exercises would do for me, especially cause I needed to improve on my strength and flexibility. Communication is great, as he checks up on my daily health routine. So far, I am pleased.
