About
Together we'll figure out what gets in the way of you finding success. I'll teach you how to integrate the behaviors and tools to live your dreams.
I love working with people in transition—whether it’s supporting you in a career change, helping you navigating a relationship shift, or working with you to embrace another change.
I spent 20 years in non-profit leadership development and fundraising. I loved my work. It fueled me and gave me purpose. I was making a positive impact. From all outside accounts, I had everything a mid-thirties professional could want, on paper.
But I was burnt out. I had chronic insomnia. My body was stressed. My central nervous system was overloaded. I didn't know to listen to my body. I thought I needed an external change. I switched careers--from nonprofits to higher education, thinking a career shift would make me happy. It didn't.
I needed an internal change.
I help hyper-successful—but spread-to-thin—executives and entrepreneurs find happy and healthy life balance, so they can truly enjoy their success. In working with clients, I lean on my Master in applied behavioral sciences for individual development, group and system theories. I also use meditation, breath work and movement as tools to reconnect with yourself, and to listen to your own deep knowing and intuition.
As a coach, I embrace a leadership model that
✔️balances being and doing by understanding the importance of rest, rejuvenation, and integration in support of action and outputs.
✔️values listening to connect and understand, not only to respond.
✔️views radical self-acceptance and compassion are more than self-care.
✔️fosters collaboration and practices mindfulness.
It's a collaborative process. I lean on my training in behavioral and movement sciences; my skills as a deeply intuitive listener and teacher; and my mindfulness practice, to support you as you lean into your own sage knowing of yourself. From that knowing you create lasting change.

Having NEVER done Yoga before, I wanted to start with private lessons prior to attending a class at a studio. Elizabeth was great as she introduced me to the basics of yoga and each session reviewed the previous session to ensure I was doing it correctly. She would send me "homework " which were photos and step-by-step directions to achieve the various poses and flow. I am ready to start a class after only a few sessions. I had flexibility issues especially in my right side and she would always work with me to strengthen that area - not avoid it. I would recommend Elizabeth and will most likely do another series to compliment the studio classes.

She's wonderful!!! I found her very easy to talk to and work with. She has a great sense of humor too. Elizabeth is very flexible with your schedule. During my first session, she demonstrated and explained each pose. She answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. I highly recommend her to anyone wanting to take yoga.

Yoga lessons with Elizabeth have been great! As a beginner, I appreciate how she explains each pose and the foundations of yoga, ensuring that I have good form and understand what each move is meant to do. I also appreciate that she adapts our lessons based on my needs (i.e. knee or hip issues) and is teaching me how to listen to my body. Elizabeth is extremely professional and responsive. Thank you for the lessons!

Thank you, Graciela, for trusting me with your new-found yoga practice. It's been awesome to see how you listen to your body, and start adjusting before I even have a chance to suggest an adjustment--just after a couple sessions!

We had a great experience with Elizabeth, I would highly recommend her! We are yoga beginners and she gave great instruction and adjustments, was very patient, and tolerated my 4 year old son sitting on his ipad and occasionally giggling at us during the practice.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Schedule a free discovery call to see if we are a good fit.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to connect with my clients by phone to learn a little more about what they want to get out of the experience, and so they can learn more about me. Next step, you'll identify your goals and we'll determine a timeline to reach them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied applied behavioral sciences in graduate school and I have decades of experience facilitating and coaching within organizations. I shifted my focus to individual and smaller group coaching after having my kid. I have more than 500 of Yoga Teacher Training + a decade of teaching.
