I must apologize for taking so long to review Shari and her team. I had the opportunity utilize her services on a multi-million dollar home in Bethesda during the Spring of this year. A little background....I picked up a listing that had been on the market for 265 days with another agent. In those 265 days, the sellers informed me they had one showing. ONE SHOWING!The bar was set. After touring the home, I reached out to Shari to get her valued input. She was able to graciously change the style of the interior without rubbing the sellers the wrong way (the sellers loved their home and took a lot of pride with how it was decorated - they also had recently spent 10s of $1000s in subtle updates). Shari decided to stage key areas in the home...the areas giving us the best shot at attracting a potential buyer.Her team was on point through the entire process (selecting staging materials, installing and preparing for professional photography). In 48 days (average days on market for sold homes in this price bracket is ~110 days), our collective efforts brought the sellers 5 showings (plus 2 declined after we were pending) and a negotiated full list price contract. I received feedback from 3 of the agents specifically complimenting the staging work.Without Shari and her team I don't believe I would have had the success I experienced with this home. They were invaluable. If you have the need for decorating, staging or guidance, give Shari a call. You will not be disappointed!

I received a full-price offer on my condo in just three days, and I credit much of that success to having followed the advice received from my consultation with Shari from Staged Above. I am so grateful that my realtor, Barry Weller, works with Staged Above when selling homes. Shari was able to point out a lot of little details and offer ideas to make my home really shine in the photos for the website and marketing. She used the consultation as an opportunity to point out what to do, but also to educate me about why.Shari helped me use what I already owned and only recommended purchasing a few small things to really make the condo shine. This was really appreciated since there are so many costs associated with selling a home! I followed her instructions to the letter and couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome.After the initial consultaion, Shari was available via text to approve or suggest improvements to areas of my home as I completed the checklist. I have nothing but praise for Shari & Her team. She is such an integral part of my listing business. Staging is defined in such a broad spectrum from a few decorative pieces added to a home to a complete makeover. Shari handles it all. She isnt just a team player for me but for my clients as well. My clients are under a lot of stress and Shari works with the sellers to help them find the componentspaint colors/bedding/lighting (to name a few)needed to complete a successful transformation.I never hesitate in recommending Shari to clients or associates. She doesnt tell the client what they want to hear but what they need to hear!
