Joel was very personable and knowledgeable and he managed to remove some stains that previous cleaners failed to do. My carpets look like new again! He also did an excellent job on 3 oriental carpets that I had done along with the wall-to-wall carpeting. Much cleaner than other carpet cleaners that I've used and less moisture involved than previous cleaning methods used. Outstanding work!

I hired M.K. Cleaning without much prior knowledge about them, based on the reviews shown here on Thumbtack. I bought this service for someone else as part of his birthday present, his apartment was super messy/dirty. Maria did an amazing job. The bathtub, floors, shelves, microwave (I am sorry Maria for this I know it was probably very gross), stove, sink, windows, were all in tip top condition. He took photos to show me how great everything looked. I highly recommend her to anyone. Very prompt, very friendly, very thorough, and very competitive pricing.

The people were very businesslike and did an excellent job of cleaning. They did not disturb us (as some other cleaners have done), e.g., they did not talk to us or to each other or play the radio loudly; they did not move furniture or papers out of place. The house was VERY clean when they left. I definitely want to use them again and I would highly recommend them.

Response and follow-up communication were excellent. I was 95% satisfied with the cleaning. Any missed areas or disappointment may have been due to mis-communication between myself and the cleaner. This was my first experience using a cleaner.
