Introduction: I do whatever it takes to make sure that my customers are comfortable in what they are doing. I am not there to show my customers how much I know. My job is to help my customers fix a problem in a manner that works best for them and their dog. Most people want to enjoy this process, not dread the arrival of the trainer. I strive for that to happen.
I love meeting all different types of people and helping them to get the results that they want with their dog. It takes some flexibility and problem solving, which I love! I feel most successful when the owners really begin to see their dog's potential begin to truly appreciate their dog quirks and all!
