I have always enjoyed fitness and have participated in sports that range from track to football and dance. Throughout my time in fitness, I have learned many important lessons. Among the most important are, proper stretching helps to prevent injury and if you're having fun with your workout, you're more likely to stick with it!

Hope has been my trainer for almost a year now and she never gives up on me. She pushes me to dig deeper and not quit but does it in a empathetic and encouraging way. I would most def. reccomend her.
