I highly recommend Lisa as a personal trainer. She exceeded every expectation I had and she was the perfect fit for my needs. She completed an introductory meeting and gathered information and designed the perfect workouts for me. They were always different and she explained the specifics of what each workout was targeting and made sure I learned proper technique. She was flexible with my schedule and I have continued to practice what she has taught me and continue to see positive results. :)

I've had Lisa as a trainer for several months now, she is a great motivator. Her workouts are fun and different every time. She inspires me every time to push myself, but I never go beyond my limits she manages my physical limitations with great care.

Lisa Is Great. Not only is she skilled in her field of personal training but she brings a M.S. is biology and 25+ years of biomedical research background with her as well. So she a deep understanding of anatomy and metabolsim which makes her more than just the average trainer. I have back issues and she understands and works with those issues in mind. I don't have worry I will come home in pain after a training session with Lisa. And did mention we laughed our way through each work out. Alway the best medicine.

FAQs

I decided to become a personal trainer because I really wanted to help people learn to lead healthy lives. Being fit isn't just about losing weight. It is a life style. You do not need to be in a gym for 3 to 4 hours a week. What you do need is to do some sort of exercise on a consistent basis. If you have a regular exercise routine and good nutrition plan, weight lost and muscle gain will follow
