Extremely Disappointing Cleaning Service
We hired this company to thoroughly clean a house before renting it, and the result was unacceptable—especially considering how long multiple cleaners spent there.
Although the house initially had a significant amount of dog hair, many basic areas were still visibly dirty after they finished. There was dirt and even a peanut left on the floor. The counter around the sink was dirty, the dishwasher filter was disgusting, and drawers in the kitchen, laundry room, and closet had not been cleaned. Hair and dust remained along walls, in corners, underneath cabinets, and in several other areas.
The stovetop was still stained, the backsplash had not been cleaned, the underside of the range hood was untouched, and the side of the refrigerator was still dirty. These were not minor details—the house still required a thorough cleaning and was not suitable to turn over to a new tenant.
We ultimately had to hire our previous cleaner to redo and finish the job properly. They are able to get the tile and grout clean and consistently leave the house spotless, so we know the condition left behind by this company was not an unavoidable result.
We were extremely disappointed and would not recommend this cleaning company.

We’re sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the cleaning service. We take feedback seriously and would like to clarify a few things regarding the service provided.
Our team completed the cleaning based on the inclusions and scope of the Deep Cleaning package that was booked. We also had another cleaner return to the property for an additional 2 hours the following day to complete the interior window cleaning and the interior sides of the cabinets.
Regarding the peanut mentioned in your review, our cleaner did not bring or consume any food at the property while performing the cleaning, so we cannot confirm where it came from.
We also did not receive a message from you informing us that there were concerns with the cleaning after the service was completed. The last message we received from you indicated that you would be visiting the property. After we sent you the after-cleaning photos, you also indicated that you were satisfied with the results. If there were areas you felt were missed or needed additional attention, we would have greatly appreciated a call after you have had sent a message and no response from our end so we could have had the opportunity to address those concerns directly.
We always want our clients to be satisfied with the service, and we are more than willing to work with our clients when something needs additional attention. We have sent the after-cleaning photos as well to you on that day for reference, which show the condition of the property after our team completed the scheduled service. And yes, my cleaners mentioned that the property has an excessive pet hair and we didn't charge you extra for those.
We understand that different cleaners may have different cleaning methods and results, but our team performed the services according to the package inclusions and the time scheduled for the job.
Thank you for your feedback, and we hope this provides some clarification regarding the work that was completed.
