- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the square footage of your home and the type of cleaning service requested — whether it’s a standard clean, deep clean, move-in/move-out, or vacation rental service. We also offer flat-rate pricing for jobs with a minimum of 3 hours. If additional time is needed beyond that, it will be charged hourly, based on the number of cleaners assigned to the job. We aim to provide clear and transparent pricing up front, with no hidden fees. Every quote is tailored to your space and cleaning goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love working with new customers and making a great first impression. Our goal is not just a spotless clean — it’s earning your trust for ongoing service. Here’s how our process works: 1. Initial Consultation We start with a brief conversation to understand your cleaning needs and preferences. We’ll ask for your home address to confirm square footage and provide an accurate quote based on the size and scope of the job. 2. Quote & Deposit Once a price range is provided, we require a credit card on file and a 20% deposit to secure your appointment. 3. Streamlined Scheduling We use Housecall Pro software to keep everything organized and stress-free. You’ll receive: ○ Text or email notifications when cleaners are en route ○ Before and after photos for peace of mind ○ Seamless invoicing and payment through a secure portal From start to finish, we aim to make the process simple, transparent, and tailored to your needs.
