He was very considerate. and called me on the phone to let me know that due to traffic he would arrive a little later. He knows his work well. He is very friendly, and respectful. He helped me get some pieces that I didn't really have, to be able to connect the sink with the house's pipes, and finish the project. My project involved reconnecting three sinks to my house's plumbing. When he finished, he left everything very clean. I would definitely call him again, if I'll have any other plumbing projects.
