Hire this team and you won't be disappointed! From the very first message and phone call, they were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Iain took the time to understand my goal of prepping my house to sell, and his recommendations reflected that. I am thrilled to support this company of entrepreneurial students. Keep up the good work.I had a ton of ground cover to remove, along with beds that needed weeding, cleanup, and redefining. It was a mess! What really stood out was that the crew noticed things that needed to be done and just did them without me having to ask, like re-stacking a rock border that had been buried in weeds. That kind of initiative made such a difference. Jasper and Iain took the time to walk around the entire house with me afterward to make sure I was 100% happy.I'm thrilled with how everything turned out. My yard looks amazing, and my house is ready to sell. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this team!

Lain and his team removed stones from our existing flower beds, graded the soil, installed two layers of weed protection material, re-added the stones and got new stones to freshen up the bed. The crew worked very hard and stayed till 10:00pm to finish the job. They were diligent and worked hard. Lain Bryant is very responsible, responsive and pleasant to work with. We are very happy and satisfied with the job Lain and his team did. I will hire him again.
