Introduction: Not one other instrument can vary in sound as much as the voice, so let's find yours! I have sung all genres of music both in the states and Europe and teach with a classical foundation. That said I want my students to have an understanding in how to sing everything from opera to musical theater to jazz to pop, what have you. Starting with a classical base gives your voice the freedom to be able to sing anything. I have and can teach Amy age and level of voice but only feel comfortable teaching piano up to intermediate level. I love teaching every age and skill level and one of my favorite parts is to hear how much a student improves in just a few months when they really practice and put their minds to it. To see the look on their faces of how proud they are of themselves is priceless. Another is seeing someone unsure of themselves come to me right before an audition and to be able to turn that around into someone confident and excited about what they are bout to be in for within one lesson.
