- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That we offer discounts on reoccurring Cleaning. Weekly, Bi-weekly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a brief conversation with the customer. We go into the scope of the cleaning to see what type of floors, countertops, any other detail the client would like to discuss. Then we discuss the dates and times, we pick one of the client's dates and go clean. We make sure that the client is well-taking care of.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the owner, I have 22 years of experience in the cleaning business. House cleaning, Medical cleaning, office cleaning. Commerical Cleaning.
