I specifically asked for a deep clean on my first floor FLOORS and Bathroom only, the baseboards and to dust the master bedroom ceiling fan. The floors and bathroom were not deep cleaned at all. The job should have been no more than $160 tops and I paid $220 for a partial cleaning. I already contacted the company and I am waiting for a refund or a re-clean as this is unexceptable. I hope the manager or owner resolves this, I will happily update and change my review if steps are taken to resolve this issue promptly. I have updated the review to 4 stars, the manager or whomever I spoke to handled the issue of my floors and bathroom not being done promptly. They came out immediately to fix the issue. Both cleaners were nice and re-did the job properly. I am leaving my review at 4 stars in place of 5 because I had to go through all of this in the first place."See more

He fixed the problem in 15 minutes and clean up the area in which he work tested the pipe in which he replaced, made sure there was no leaks, and then checked again. This company certainly use professional people something I have not experienced in a long time. They do know how to use a phone what I mean is reach out and call you assure you of their expertise but truly understanding what is it that you need done and then send a person who knows how to talk to people clean and professional you can’t beat that upfront and honest keep up the good work just maybe other companies will get a clue and learn how to do business five stars are not enough. The worst drain snaking service I've had out of many. Didn't get outside main pipe cleared, charged me for camera work but didn't give me a copy (all other services have) and said I needed sewer pipe excavated! Called another service right after that. One that is highly respected. Gave me camera video, said and wrote on report that drain guys did a terrible job even leaving a rag in my pipe they could easily have gotten out, and said no way did I need sewer pipe excavated. Drain guys refused any refund. No integrity and... Avoid!

Told me city had to fix their portion of pipe before he could fix leak. The city tested the pipe and it was good. City said valve (my side) could have been fixed. Now I have to hire another plumber. City said plumber was impatient and did not let pipes drain.

I called MECA Drains & Plumbing for kitchen drain repair. This is the worst experience I’ve had with any repair/maintenance service. They don’t arrive in the appointment window they schedule, they expect you to pay before a service is done, and the work is unprofessional/rigged by amateurs that want to call themselves plumbers. Two days and a $525 invoice later and I’m still not able to use my kitchen sink. I refused to pay until the job is completed and glad I did. If you contract with this company I’d advise you do the same. Now I have to get a real plumber to come out and redo everything they touched as I’m still faced with the same problem that I originally called for. I’ll share his number with you here if allowed and hopefully save someone else from this mess…. 313-214-7700. UPDATE to Add: After leaving this review, I received a prompt call from the owner. He was very much invested in resolving the issues. He had a technician out within the hour and that technician removed all the old drain pipes and replaced with new piping and connections. He ran several water tests to confirm a dry sink base and zero leaks in any drain connections. I was relieved that the situation was resolved and paid them as promised. I have also added a star to my original one-star review to at least try to state my satisfaction in the end, but still did not like the experience, overall.
