To Whom It May Concern: This is a letter of recommendation for Katie Fiore. Katie has been helping take care of our puppy, Reuben, for the last 6 months since we adopted him at the age of 4 months. She takes care of him during the day, three days a week, while my husband and I are at work. We work long, inflexible hours and depend on Katie for our dog care needs during the week. She is reliable and spends time, not just feeding and walking Reuben, but also takes the extra time to play with him and continue puppy training when we are not able. Katie is indispensible and takes care of Reuben as if he were her own puppy companion. My husband and I trust Katie implicitly, both with Reuben and with our home. She has taken care of our house and Reuben while we are on vacation as well, both for over 1 week at a time. We always return to a happy puppy, clean house, and even a home-cooked meal. Again, Katie is detail oriented, dependable, and has always gone the extra mile for me and my family. One of the other attributes Katie has that is a huge advantage is her open communication regarding Reubens care. She always leaves detailed notes about Reubens day, and she has been flexible in communicating with us by text as we are not often available to talk on the phone. Katie is incredibly experienced and helpful. She is able to navigate the fine line between providing helpful advice and not substituting her own decisions or agendas over ours. She has been absolutely delightful to work with the past 6 months, and I hope that she will continue to care for Reuben for many years to come. We never take for granted that we come home to happy, healthy, exercised puppy. Katie has done an amazing job with Reuben and we would gladly recommend her as a care provider for your pet! I have known Kate since 2006 when I hired her to take care of my dogs while living for a year in New York City. I chose Kate from several people listing dog care services on Craig’s List because, of all the ones I interviewed, I found her to be the most professional and conscientious, offering to meet the dogs and myself before the job began. As a pet sitter I found Kate to be competent, reliable, and proactive in addressing any problems that might arise but, above all, Kate is a caring, compassionate individual who genuinely takes an interest in the happiness and well being of her furry charges. Over the years, what began as a professional relationship became a friendship. I have never had any qualms leaving her with my pets in my home or entrusting her with their care. She has been to my home many times since we both returned to Michigan not only as a dog sitter and friend but also to help with catering and serving at parties. Kate also helped with dog walking and meal preparation the summer I was receiving chemo so I can recommend not only her culinary and animal skills but her people care skills as well. Kate has done pet care for our three cats on two occasions. In each case we were gone for a week. Kate not only does the usual things like feeding and emptying the litter boxes, she will also give medications if required. Kate is very thorough in taking information about the cats so she is familiar with their habits and behaviors. She doesnt just come in, feed them and clean the litter boxes and leave. She spends a good amount of time with the cats giving them attention. Kate had us prepare a letter to the vets office giving her permission to request medical attention in case there was a need. We are very satisfied with Kates work and plan to ask her to care for our cats in the future.

15$ per visit, walking, $15 per day, cat visit, $35 per hr, training dogs/ daycare... All prices negotiable, long term boarding, or weekly permanent hire. $50 per day, boarding in your home...includes all care requirements for home care. Multiple animals additional charge; negotiable.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet&Greet. References furnished upon request. Need to meet my clients and their companions, face to face, first and foremost. I serve always, at the pleasure of the client, and their companions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
New clients teach me something every day. On the job training seems to be required in this particular position. K-9 behavioral trainer in NYC, NY... For 20 years
