- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and you will always get the best and same quality of service every time I service you. I do offer varies add on services at a one-time fee which are not included in the hourly charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for new customers is to set up a phone or Facetime consultation that allows us to speak at both our convenience about your needs and I can give suggestions on the best process for one-time and recurring services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 6 years of experience in residential, commercial, industrial, and hospitality cleaning. I have gone through training for different types of methods and offer a wide range of options for green products.
